- Damage to reputation or goodwill

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Upon completion of agreed project scope
11.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All unpaid fees become immediately due
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- We will return client materials as requested
- Completed work remains the property of the client
12. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Vancouver, BC.
12.3 Arbitration
